I Hear The Call

I hear the call
In depths of all that wasn't here
or dear in sounds of hard belief's
you
planted deep
a knowing we were headed to be
sleepily steeping like a teabag
in a cup,
no luck
the timing off
you flew
you said your knowing knew
my cuff was a cry from insecurity
and you
a fearsome brew
you spoke a song
from memory long
how are we though
as a timeless
show,
a fleeting thought ?

The destiny that wiggles here
from fear to pull the trigger
steering out from all
that smothers falling tears
from stinging fears and
memories agreed to see
their ghostly shadows
mending freedom
if they be
dissolved as dusty songs
upon moth wings or
a dusty pages so old
belonging
anew a blue house
hallway in a view of you
you came to see me
as she slept
she fairly wept
not knowing yet
you can't forget her heart for
you knew her by
the beat
and her lightly colored feet of clay
not seeing yet
your heart was hers
you can't forget
not like a love of servitude
one strung with beads of obligation
But, a love of joy to share that would
create a new a me and you

science heeds like millions bleed
a promise of futility
illusion loves to feel itself within
the selves we know best
before we came
we felt the flame
agreed to come here,
all the same.
